From wheat to bread

Serge grows his own wheat, makes his own flower, crafts bread with his own hands and bakes it in a wood fired oven. He masters the whole process from start to finish in order to deliver a perfectly healthy product to his clients. He is well-known in the region for the integrity of his approach. Always pioneer, he was the first in the region to certify a farm in organic 30 years ago.

 

Autonomy

The whole business is self-sufficient. Electricity is produced by two wind turbines and dozens of solar panels. The water comes from the well and is filtered naturally. He grows his own vegetables and has a vast orchard with which he makes juices.
