By conviction and since the beginning, the cook-trainer-owner of the Auberge Philippe ENEE uses organic products only. His cooking mantra is keep it simple and authentic, in harmony with nature and health. The abundant apples in the farm are used to make cider and juice. Opened to the public 20 years ago, the activity of the Auberge now focuses on catering, group reservation and training.

The menu is flexible and can be adapted to your need. Always with organic, local and seasonal products of course.

Rent the dinner room for meetings, trainings etc.. Capacity 50 pers. 50€/day.
